3. Eligibility

5. Fees and Payment

• Pay any applicable taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees associated with the Services.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.

6. Service Delivery and Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful account recovery, verification approval, or timeline for resolution.

• Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on platform response times and case complexity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Recoverly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service engagement. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business account credentials and access details
• Business documentation and identification materials
• Technical information and system configurations
• Commercial terms and pricing

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for service delivery, with the Client's consent, or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Recoverly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Site or Services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, data loss, or policy changes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recoverly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our Services
• Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide to us
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We reasonably believe your use of our Services involves fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
• You fail to make required payments within the specified timeframe

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
