Interakt lists its WhatsApp plans at $55/month (Growth) and $69/month (Advanced) plus taxes on its international pricing page, and bills template messages at per-plan rates; only Enterprise lists 'No Markup Charges' (Sep 2026). Store flows without a second app plan
Cart recovery with up to three reminders, COD confirmation, shipping milestones, back in stock and review requests are all in Lite. Interakt's Shopify workflows come with its separate Shopify app, listed at $21 to $99 a month plus conversation charges.

If you sell mainly in India, want Instagram in the same inbox, or need payments and a sales pipeline inside WhatsApp, Interakt covers ground that Recoverly does not.

It connects one WhatsApp number per workspace, and the web app for businesses outside Shopify is in early access. If those gaps matter more than price, Interakt is the better fit.

Move the number
If Interakt runs your number in coexistence, disconnect it there and connect it to Recoverly with Embedded Signup and a QR scan; the app keeps working. If it is API-only, release it from Interakt's WhatsApp Business Account first.
