Yes: Free, Lite $19/month and Pro $49/month on both. Shopify stores are billed through Shopify Billing on their regular invoice. Web app workspaces pay by card. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial either way.

If you don't subscribe, paid features pause; nothing is deleted. Your free chat widget keeps working, and your settings and templates are right where you left them if you come back.

Meta prices per delivered template message, per country, with utility messages (order updates, reminders) far cheaper than marketing ones. Replies inside a customer's 24-hour window get 1,000 free service messages per number each month, then a small utility-level rate (Meta's October 1, 2026 update). Lite ($19/mo) includes the AI chatbot, the shared inbox, campaign broadcasts, the subscribers list and CSV export: everything except integrations and A/B testing. Pro adds the integrations (Klaviyo, Zapier, Shopify Flow, Shiprocket, Judge.me, Loox, webhooks), A/B testing (a challenger template against your current message, split 50/50 per customer, with sends, deliveries and orders per variant), and priority support.
