The fine print, in plain English
Really. Plans gate features, not volume — send as many automations and campaigns as your audience warrants. The only per-message cost is Meta's own WhatsApp conversation fee, billed by Meta directly through your WhatsApp Business account.
Through Shopify's billing system, on your existing Shopify invoice. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you can upgrade, downgrade, or uninstall at any time.
If you don't subscribe, paid features pause — nothing is deleted. Your free chat widget keeps working, and your settings and templates are right where you left them if you come back.
Meta prices per 24-hour conversation window and per country — marketing conversations cost more than utility ones (like order updates). For most stores the fees run well under the revenue a single recovered cart brings in. See Meta's published rate card for your region.
Lite ($19/mo) includes the AI chatbot and the shared inbox. Pro adds campaigns, integrations, the subscribers list, and CSV export.
Billing follows Shopify's standard app billing terms. Start with the free trial to make sure Recoverly earns its keep first — one recovered cart usually covers the month.
