Ask for a review

Catch customers at peak happiness

The best moment to ask for a review is right after the parcel lands — and the best place is the app they'll actually open. Merchants see about 5× more reviews than email asks.

Timing

After delivery, not after they've forgotten

Trigger the ask off the carrier's delivery scan (with fulfillment as a fallback) or off fulfillment itself, then wait the number of days you choose — one for impulse buys, fourteen for products that need living with.

  • Delivery-triggered. Uses the real delivered event where your carrier provides one.
  • Your delay. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, or 14 days after — default 3.
  • Scoped to products. Only ask about the products you want reviews for — collections work too.
Destination

Send them wherever your reviews live

Point the review button at the product's own page, or at any custom URL — your Judge.me or Loox review form, your Google Business profile, wherever stars matter most to you.

  • Product link mode. Links to the product page of what they actually bought.
  • Custom link mode. Any URL — Judge.me, Loox, Google reviews, Trustpilot.
  • Five ask styles. One-tap stars, friendly ask, photo review ask, help-other-shoppers, honest feedback.
